The Premium Lotus package begins with a stop at Agra, to visit the Taj Mahal. The package incorporates yoga twice a day as well as meditation and relaxation time. Throughout the week there will be time allocated for yourself to do as you wish. Partake in river rafting, camping, a small trek and a seasonal safari or sightseeing tour. Indulge in a soothing massage, a spa day and various beauty treatments before a special dinner in nearby town, Dehradun. There will be the opportunity to take part in special Ganga Aarti, a form of devotional worship at the sacred River Ganges, with the option to participate in the rituals.

Pick up from Delhi and transfer to Rishikesh.

Morning and evening yoga classes at the retreat, meditation practice and some time to yourself to adjust to your surroundings.
DAY 3
Morning yoga class and meditation at the retreat, followed by a beach camping trip and an evening yoga class on the beach.
DAY 4
Start the day with an invigorating beach yoga session, then river rafting after breakfast. Evening yoga class will take place at the retreat.
DAY 5
Morning and evening yoga classes at the retreat followed by meditation practice and a relaxation session. Pamper yourself with an Ayurvedic treatment of your choice.

Morning yoga practice, travel back to Delhi after lunch and stay overnight in a hotel.
